Jennifer Lenz is President and CEO of TechTalent, Inc. a staffing and human resources consulting firm. She established the organization in 2001 to address the needs of client organizations in finding superior talent to continue the growth of their organizations. The company's mission is to provide high quality, value added, results oriented service at reasonable rates to client organizations. She has instituted a rigorous process that provides clients with fast turnaround of projects, but not at the expense of quality. Market and organizational research as well as competitive analysis are routinely part of the process which enhances the company's ability to find the most qualified candidates to fit client's needs. Her experience, along with the experience of her team, expands the capabilities of the firm into human resources consulting. Ms. Lenz founded TechTalent, Inc. to be a value-driven company and operates under a committed level of integrity.

Mr. Lenz joined TechTalent, Inc in 2002. Mr. Lenz has 10 years of business and management experience spanning different industries with expertise in building, and developing talented professional staffs, managing teams that have consistently outperformed competition, and delivering strong revenue and income gains. His experience includes superior management qualifications in manufacturing and quality/productivity improvement, and strategic planning. He has pioneered business operations process redesign and performance re-engineering for profitability and growth.

Mr. Lenz has led the migration and upgrading of benefits, employee policies and procedures. Mr. Lenz is an integral member of TechTalent’s executive staff and oversees all human resource and finance activities including:

• Forecasting, estimating and monitoring the financial activities of the firm and assures the solvency of finances.

• Developing, managing, and implementing Human Resources programs and guidelines for employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, EEOC, and organizational development.

Mike Hanrahan is the Vice President of Operations and brings over fifteen years experience in the human resources arena. Mr. Hanrahan's experience includes: recruiting and direct sourcing; merger and acquisition due diligence; and human resource audits; employee relations investigations; EEO investigations; FLSA compliance audits and classification programs; Equal Pay Act investigations; OFCCP audits; base, variable pay and benefits research and programs; sexual harassment/EEO sensitivity training; Affirmative Action plans; performance management programs; policy manuals and employee handbooks. Mr. Hanrahan’s primary focus is on providing clients a full range of Human Resource Management Services.

A strong business and line orientation has helped Mr. Hanrahan develop a track record of innovative human resource strategies with bottom-line results. He is a highly valued and dynamic speaker and presenter who has appeared at national and local conferences and programs to address the issue of HR process improvement.

Sandy Albert , Sr. Business Development Manager

Sandy Albert has joined TechTalent, Inc as a Senior Business Development Manager. She brings 15 years of experience in the information technology services/sales industry to TechTalent. Sandy has proven her ability to be successful in a variety of roles while providing a premier level of customer service.

Prior to joining TechTalent, Sandy spent four years at a St. Louis based technology firm as a Senior Account Manager. Her efforts to develop the State Government business were successful, resulting in the opening of a profitable branch office in Jefferson City, MO. Sandy was able to establish several contracting vehicles and technology partnerships with other vendors to broaden the opportunity for the company to expand their business.

Ms. Albert began her career at Digital Equipment where she held a variety of positions in the Services Sales Organization. She was involved in the customization of hardware/software service contracts, sold technical support services to established and prospective customer and worked as a liaison between Digital’s technical services group and the customer.
